What a great place, we came up to pre fish for a tournament. Good covered parking, the place was nice and clean and spacious for 2 ole fisherman. I will definitely recommend and will stay again. Thank you Jan

Stayed about a week
Place met our needs for fishing Toledo Bend. Besure to check water levels if you want to use the dock which was in great shape. Boat ramps are close with several options. We enjoyed the covered parking and the remote kitchen.

Host was very quick to respond to questions I had.Will definitely be back as it is close to several boat ramps in different areas of toledo. The rental was just as pictured and so many areas outside to sit and drink coffee.

We loved our stay and loved the place. It was super clean. Super convenient. Awesome outdoor kitchen. The pier with the fish cleaning sink was so convenient. I would definitely stay again.

Property was just as pictured. Clean & cozy with everything you need with labels telling you exactly what & where things were. Great outside kitchen to use & utility room. The boat house was really nice. Definitely will stay again.
